High Intensity Interval Training is a workout that keeps your heart at an increased rate to burn fat. This class consists of an all-out workout, where you give 100 percent effort during rapid, intense bursts of movements followed by short and active rest periods.

Class size is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Open to all eligible MWR patrons, 18 years and older.
