Teen Summer Employment Program
For youth 14-18 years old (recent high school graduates)
Are you looking for a summer job? Child and Youth Programs is hiring teens!
The Teen Employment Program (TEP) provides learning opportunities for teens seeking work experience and skill development. TEP is a stepping stone for career development and encourages exploration of interest or careers.
Workshops (must attend one full session):
Workshops include resume writing, interview skills, application and interview processes.

What to bring:
- Resume
- Two reference letters
- Copy of your sponsor’s orders
- Copy of your official/no-fee passport (your photo/passport number/ expiration date page and your visa stamp page)
- Copy of your Sojourner permit
- Proof of active USAJobs account
TEP is available for 14-18 year olds who are Command-sponsored U.S. citizen family members and meet the CYP eligibility requirements for Navy Youth Programs.
