Free Wi-Fi in Unaccompanied Housing
Free and subsidized high-speed Internet is available to military who live in NSA Naples Unaccompanied Housing (UH). This Wi-Fi service allows connectivity for entertainment, training, education and wellness for all UH residents.
Each UH resident is eligible for one account (subsequent accounts will be deactivated).
UH residents may choose between:
- Free Internet (up to 30 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload filtered service)
- Two subsidized paid packages with higher speeds (up to 20 Mbps or 40 Mbps with unfiltered access). For paid plan prices, go to https://www.navymwr.org/wifinext#NaplesSigonellaSoudaBay. Paid packages contracts are at a one-week or one-month rate.
Speeds are per device, with a maximum of five devices.
There is no termination fee to change or cancel a paid plan.
To sign up for free Internet or to register for a paid package, go to NEX Residential Services in the NEX Mall on Support Site. Residential Services hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
