Harvest Festival FAQs

Q:  Who is eligible to attend Harvest Festival?

  • OPEN AND FREE to all U.S. military/civilian DOD ID cardholders, U.S. contractor ID card holders, Local National/JFC/Consulate/Navy League Carney Park privilege card holders, family members with Carney Park privilege cards and Support Site House Guest Pass holders. All of the above, except for Support Site House Guest Pass holders, are eligible patrons and are allowed to sponsor guests into the event for a fee per wristband based on the following policies:
  • U.S. military/civ/contractor ID cardholders: up to 4 guests per adult ID card (over 18)
  • Local National/JFC/Consulate/Navy League Carney Park privilege card holders: up to 4 guests per Carney Park access card ID (over 18)
  • Guest access wrist bands are not required for children 4 years and younger.
  • Guests do not need to be with their sponsors for entry, but guests must have wristbands on their wrist before the first checkpoint into Carney Park.
  • Guest access wristbands will be available to purchase and pick up at the Support Site, and Capodichino Ticket and Travel Offices and Carney Park, during normal hours October 15th through October 30th, (credit/debit card only)
  • Fee required for guest access wristbands($10)
  • No wristbands will be available for purchase on the day of the event.
  • No individual will be admitted to Carney Park without an ID or guest access wristband.
  • REMINDER- LN DBIDS Card Holders must have Carney Park Privilege Card.  If they do not, they can purchase 1 Wristband for themselves. 

GUEST ENTRY will begin at 5:30 p.m. through the main Gate of Carney Park.

  • NO wristbands will be available for purchase on Nov. 1.
  • Guests are not required to be with their sponsor for entry into Carney Park.
  • Guest access wrist bands are not required for children 4 years and younger.

Q:  What time may I arrive for the Zombie Run and Harvest Festival?
A:  Patrons with normal access to Carney Park may enter any time on Nov. 1. Guests with wristbands may enter Carney Park beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Q:  Is there transportation from the Support Site to the Carney Park? What is the cost?
A:  Yes, roundtrip bus transportation is available from/to Support Site for people who have access to Support Site. Cost is $5 for roundtrip ticket for everyone who will occupy a bus seat.

Q:  When and where do I purchase bus tickets?
A:  Bus tickets are available for purchase Oct. 15-30 at Capodichino and Support Site Tickets & Travel offices during normal operating hours. NO tickets are available to purchase on the day of the event.

Q:  What is the bus schedule?

A:  To Carney Park
Bus 1:  Leaves Support Site 2:30 p.m.
Bus 2:  Leaves Support Site 4 p.m.

To Support Site
Bus 1:  Leaves Carney Park 8 p.m.
Bus 2:  Leaves Carney Park at 10:30 p.m.

Q:  Where is the bus pick-up location on Support Site?
A:  The bus will leave from the parking lot to the right (north) of Fitness Forum.

Q:  Are there items I cannot bring into Carney Park?
A:  The following items are prohibited at Harvest Festival:

  • Glass bottles
  • Drones
  • Wheeled recreational vehicles such as skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters etc.
    (People staying in Carney park cabins may bring these wheeled items, but the equipment must stay in the cabin during the event.)

Q:  Are there cabins or tent sites available to rent?
A:  We are doing registration based on our Cabin Decorating Sign-Ups….

Q:  May I bring my dog?
A:  Only service animals (with documentation) are authorized. Emotional support animals are NOT allowed.

Q:  May I bring my pet if I am staying in one of your pet-friendly cabins?
A:  Yes, you may bring your pet if you are staying in a pet-friendly cabin. Pets must stay inside cabin at all times from 4-10:30 p.m. during the event.

Q:  What activities are there for youth?
A:  The Youth Zone is free and available from 5:30-10:00 p.m. for kids up to 18 years old and still in high school. The area includes a variety of inflatables,

Q:  Will there be a beer/wine garden?
A:  Yes, MWR will operate a beverage tent selling beer, wine, soft drinks and water.

Q:  May I reserve a pavilion and grill?
A:  Pavilions and grills are not available to rent because they will be used at the event.

Q:  Will the golf course be open?
A:  Carney Park Golf Course will be closed at this time in support of the Zombie Run.

Q:  What happens if the weather is bad?
A:  The event may be canceled if inclement weather, for example lightning is observed, high winds, etc. Please monitor the MWR Facebook page, NavyLifeNaples app and this Website for the latest information.
