Barre, with Amelia
A high-intensity, low impact workout that combines dance, yoga and barre. It focuses mainly on the lower body, developing strength and flexibility targeting the calves, thighs, glutes and core.
Class size is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Open to all eligible MWR patrons, 18 years and older.
