Pool party times: 6-8 p.m.

If you wish to reserve a pool party, please follow the steps below.

Pool Party Reservation process:

Step 1: Complete Pool Party Request Form
• Complete the pool party request form, available online at www.navymwrnaples.com/seasonal-pools/pool-parties
• Email the form to NaplesMWR_Aquatics@us.navy.mil or deliver it in person to the Aquatics staff.
• If this form is not completed, MWR cannot process the request.

Step 2: Confirm Pool Party Date
• For the party date requested, Aquatics will request contracted staff to work at the party to be in compliance for swimmer-to-lifeguard ratio.
• MWR Aquatics staff will contact you to confirm the requested date or, if staff is not available on your chosen date, discuss another date.
• Once date is confirmed, MWR Aquatics will request you go to the pool to pay and sign the contract in person.

Step 3: Pay and Sign Contract
• Please come to MWR Aquatics to pay (credit or debit card only) and sign the contract with Aquatics staff.
• You will receive a copy of the contract. The original contract is kept by MWR Aquatics for auditing purposes.
