Build a strong foundation with the combination of functional movements performed at relatively high intensity to amplify your physical and mental acuity. It encompasses everyday movements focusing on speed, agility, range of motion, core strength and flexibility. The class varies, so you never sweat through the same workout twice.

Class size is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Open to all eligible MWR patrons, 18 years and older.
