4 p.m.           Gates open to guests
                      Cornhole area opens
                      Food vendor sales begin

4:30 p.m.     Youth Zone opens (Youth Zone wristband required - see information below)
5:30 p.m.     Music by “Flagship,” U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Band, Main Stage
7 p.m.           Opening ceremonies, Main Stage
8 p.m.           Andy Grammer concert, presented by Armed Forces Entertainment
10 p.m.         Fireworks
10:30 p.m.   Games and prizes, Main Stage
11:59 p.m.   Event ends

 

EVENT ACCESS

The event is open and free to:

  • U.S. military ID card holders and immediate family members
  • U.S. contractor ID card holders and immediate family members
  • JFC/NATO ID card holders and immediate family members
  • Local National ID card holders
  • Carney Park Access card holders and family members printed on the back of the Carney Park Access card.
  • Individuals with houseguest passes that include Carney Park on the actual pass

GUEST ACCESS
Guest access wristbands are required for every guest five years and older. (Children four years and younger are not required to have a guest pass.)

The above patrons may sponsor guests into the event and purchase guest wristbands based on the following policy:

  • U.S. military and U.S. contractor ID card holders:  Up to four guests per adult ID card (18 years and older)
  • JFC/NATO ID card holders:  Up to four guests per adult ID card (18 years and older)
  • Local National ID card holders:  Up to four immediate family members as guests per ID card
  • Carney Park Access card holders:  Up to four guests per ID card

GUEST WRISTBANDS
Guest access wristbands are $5 (credit card only) and will be available for purchase June 24-July 3 during normal business hours at:

  • Carney Park Outdoor Recreation
  • Tickets and Travel, Capodichino
  • Tickets and Travel, Support Site

Guests do not need to be with their sponsors for entry, but guest must have wristbands on their wrist before the first checkpoint into Carney Park.

No one will be admitted to Carney Park without an ID card or guest access wristband. 

 

YOUTH ZONE

Opening times: 4:30-7:30 p.m.

The Youth Zone will have age-appropriate areas/activities for kids up to 18 years old and still in school.

YOUTH ZONE WRISTBANDS
Youth must have a wristband to enter the Youth Zone.

Youth Zone wristbands are $5 or 5 Euro (cash only) and will ONLY be available for purchase at Festa Americana.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Roundtrip transportation to/from Carney Park and Support Site is available for those with access to Support Site. Pick up location is the parking lot to the right of the Fitness Forum on Support Site.

Transportation is $10 (credit card only) per person (15 years and older). Register and pay for tickets June 17-July 1 during normal business hours at:

  • Tickets and Travel, Capodichino
  • Tickets and Travel, Support Site

To Carney Park
Bus 1:  Leaves Support Site 3:30 p.m., arrives at Carney Park 4:15 p.m.
Bus 2:  Leaves Support Site 5:45 p.m., arrives at Carney Park 6:30 p.m.

To Support Site
Bus 1:  Leaves Carney Park 10:40 p.m., arrives Support Site 11:15 p.m.
Bus 2:  Leaves Carney Park Midnight, arrives Support Site 12:45 a.m.

 

Prohibited

  • No pets allowed. Only Service Animals with documentation will be allowed. (No emotional support animals.)
  • No glass bottles
  • No drones
  • No wheeled recreational vehicles such as skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters etc.
