*No games on federal holidays or long weekends
**Players who miss the scheduled assessment have no guarantee of a spot in the season’s league. Make up assessments scheduling is not guaranteed. There will be no refunds provided after assessments are completed with the exception of a medical condition. Newly PCSed families must show proof of orders.

How to register for Youth Sports
1. Complete the Parents Association for Youth Sports (PAYS) on-line training at https://www.nays.org/parents. Make sure "Naples, Italy" is selected as the affiliated organization. Once affiliated, your parent fee is waived for the training. Print certificate of completion. (One parent/guardian per household)
2. Complete, download and print registration form (MUST be typed). Important: If your child is already registered with CYP, fill out the supplemental form only (supplemental form).
4. Deliver registration form, training certificate and payment to Youth Center, Support Site, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
