The Capodichino Fit Zone pool, located within the Capodichino Fitness Center complex, is an indoor, 25-meter, 6-lane heated pool with a separate Jacuzzi. (You must be at least 15 years old to enter the Jacuzzi).
The pool offers a variety of year-round programs including lap swim, Command Physical Training (PT), group and private swim lessons, stroke refinement clinics, water fitness classes, recreational swimming and special events.

- Tiger Shark Swim Team uses lanes 3-5, Monday-Friday, 3:30 -7:45 PM
- Adult swim lessons are available Monday-Friday, 11 AM-1 PM. Must make reservations by calling 081-568-4254.

Thunderstorm and Lightning policy
During this stormy weather period, we want to remind you of the NSA Naples Aquatics Thunderstorm and Lightning Policy: To ensure the safety of swimmers and Aquatics staff, when thunder is heard or lightning is seen, the indoor pool will be cleared and closed. Patrons will be kept away from the water and will wait in locker rooms. Patrons cannot use the showers or their phones during a storm. The Aquatics staff will monitor the weather and reopen the pool 30 minutes after the lightning or thunder stop.
