Ombudsman
The Navy Family Ombudsman Program is designed to promote healthy, self-reliant families. An Ombudsman is a volunteer, appointed by the commanding officer, to serve as an information link between command leadership and Navy families. Ombudsmen are trained to disseminate information both up and down the chain of command, including official Department of the Navy and command information, command climate issues, local quality of life (QOL) improvement opportunities and “good deals” around the community. Your Command Ombudsman has received extensive training and can provide resource referrals when needed and can direct you in your course of action during an emergency, crisis, or disaster.
To reach your Command Ombudsman, view the NSA Naples Command Ombudsman Roster or view individual Command Ombudsman Welcome Letters, available at right, under "downloads".
